Terms and conditions

These terms cover your use of this website and the way we offer our services. By using the site you accept them. We keep them in plain language on purpose.

Who we are

Local SEO Squad is part of Mapleleaf Agency. Our address is 12 Haven Road, Greenside, Randburg, 2193, South Africa. You can reach us at info@localseosquad.com.com or on 069 664 4977.

Using this website

You are welcome to browse, read and share our content for your own business use. Do not copy our content for commercial use without our permission, misuse the site, or try to break or overload it.

Our content

The guides, teardowns and articles on this site are general information, written to help local business owners. They are not professional advice for your specific situation. The businesses reviewed in our teardowns stay anonymous, and each review reflects what was publicly visible at the time we wrote it.

The free audit

The free local audit is exactly that. Free, with no obligation to buy anything. It is meant for the owner or manager of the business being audited, and we may decline a request at our discretion. The audit reflects what we can see at the time, and it is a guide rather than a guarantee.

Our services and prices

Paid services are governed by the service agreement we both sign when you become a client, which sets out the work, the fees and the month to month terms. Prices on this website, including our plans, are in South African rand and exclude VAT unless we state otherwise. We may change our prices, and current clients get notice as set out in the agreement.

No ranking guarantees

We do honest, professional work and report on it every month. We cannot promise specific rankings, a number one position or a set number of calls, because search engines decide rankings and we do not control them.

Intellectual property

The content, design and branding on this website belong to us. Work we create for clients belongs to those clients, as set out in the service agreement.

Other websites

We link to other websites, such as Google’s guidance and industry research. We do not control those sites and we are not responsible for their content.

Liability

We provide this website with reasonable care, but we offer it as is and cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or lost profits arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under South African consumer law.

Privacy

How we handle your personal information is set out in our privacy policy.

Changes to these terms

We update these terms from time to time, and the date below shows when they last changed. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the current version.
